Edd is a trusted and caring advisor to clients in Levin Ginsburg’s Corporate Practice. Leveraging years of his diverse experience, Edd provides advice and legal counseling to not-for-profit entities, professional and trade associations, and for-profit businesses of all sizes. Additionally, Edd delivers estate planning guidance to first-time planners and young professionals. He brings his pragmatic and direct approach to solve everyday problems that clients care about whether it is asset protection and risk mitigation, planning for the future, mergers & acquisitions, governance matters, or serving as outside general counsel, setting clients up for long-term success.

Prior to joining Levin Ginsburg, Edd had experience in IT consulting focusing on client and vendor management, contract negotiations, process improvement, and departmental budgeting.

In his free time, Edd enjoys adding to his wine cellar, cooking global cuisine, and traveling the world with his wife all while trying to be a cat dad.
