Experience

Roenan is a litigation and trial lawyer who is experienced representing businesses and individuals. Roenan’s representative matters include a broad range of commercial litigation including real estate disputes, construction litigation, insurance coverage, contract disputes, business torts, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes, insurance liability defense, copyright and trademark claims, products liability, and cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment and COGSA. Roenan represents clients in state and federal courts, and in mediation and arbitration.
