Levin Ginsburg’s Finance and Banking Group has significant experience representing a variety of financial institutions, including regional and local banks and private lenders. Attorneys in our Finance and Banking Group will assist our lender and borrower clients with the negotiation, documentation, and enforcement of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including transactions secured by real estate and asset based transactions.

We represent lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of loans and credit facilities secured by real property and other assets, and structure, negotiate, and document new and refinanced secured loan facilities.  Our attorneys have extensive expertise in a broad range of finance transactions, including construction financing, mezzanine and subordinate financing, and intercreditor transactions.

Our Finance and Banking Group also has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with the restructuring of troubled debt, including loan workouts and restructurings as well as borrower and lender disputes, asset collection, and the foreclosure of collateral.
