Experience 

Adam represents clients in all aspects of their estate planning, including formulating and implementing strategies to transfer their wealth, protect assets, and minimize potential estate taxes. He has significant experience preparing estate and gift tax returns, and in estate and trust administration.

Adam also handles commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing. He has extensive experience counseling clients on all aspects of their ownership and operation of multi-family apartment buildings.

Adam also counsels clients in general corporate and other business matters including selling or buying businesses and business formation.
