Andrew L. Platt

Experience 

Andy joined the firm to help support the already thriving real estate litigation practice at Levin Ginsburg. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience representing contractors, developers, property owners, and property managers in all aspects of litigation.

Andy cut his teeth under the supervision of Stanton Schuman, a legal pioneer in the construction industry, handling a wide variety of real estate and construction matters.

He then went on to build his own firm, Kluever & Platt, a boutique law firm focusing on commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Andy has achieved success for his clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Andy’s greatest asset is his ability to devise the most practical and efficient solutions for clients in as economical a fashion as possible, a skill that dovetails perfectly with the strength of the litigation team at Levin Ginsburg.

Andy enjoys adventure travel, scuba diving, and golf but not as much as spending time with his wife and kids. Andy also enjoys mentoring troubled youth and being a positive influence in people’s lives.
