Experience

Bill advises clients on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on entity governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions. He combines legal insight with a strong commercial background to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions for clients across a variety of industries.

His experience includes structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, syndicated financings, and commercial real estate transactions. Bill regularly assists clients with parent company governance, regulatory reporting obligations, and day-to-day operational matters. He has guided businesses through high-stakes, multi-faceted transactions, often serving as a key advisor from initial planning through closing and integration.

Bill represents clients in highly regulated industries—including financial services, manufacturing, cannabis, and technology—and routinely counsels on compliance matters involving the FDA, FTC, SEC, and FinCEN. He works closely with clients to manage legal risk while advancing strategic goals, particularly in transactions that require careful regulatory navigation and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Before entering the legal profession, Bill worked extensively in the commercial sector, giving him a business-oriented perspective that enhances his ability to identify risks, recognize opportunities, and solve problems efficiently. His clients value his ability to synthesize legal complexity into clear, actionable advice that drives results.
