Caitlin Chenus

Experience 

Caitlin came to Levin Ginsburg from the Cook County State’s Attorneys’ Office. While at the State’s Attorneys’ office, Caitlin successfully handled criminal appeals, including writing briefs and arguing before the First District Court of Appeals. In addition to her appellate experience, Caitlin has extensive trial experience. Following her time in the Appeals Division, Caitlin was assigned to the Domestic Violence Division where she successfully prosecuted defendants charged with domestic violence offenses.

Caitlin is a valued member of the commercial litigation group where she displays her skills as an advisor and a litigator, representing businesses and individuals in their disputes.  Caitlin practices in state and federal court.
