Lawyer Opportunities
We understand the business realities clients face as well as their legal implications, and we work with our clients as trusted advisors. When looking to add professionals to our firm, we focus on a combination of skill, experience, and character. Continuous ongoing training is critical to the success and development of each Levin Ginsburg attorney. We assign a senior attorney to mentor each LG attorney. This allows associates to learn hands-on while under the tutelage of an experienced member of the firm, thus affording less experienced lawyers the opportunity to appear in court, draft sophisticated documents, participate in depositions, and communicate with clients. Associates are given prompt feedback directly from the attorneys with whom they work. In addition, we schedule at least four performance evaluations each year. By joining our firm, you become a member of the team. We derive satisfaction from each employee’s efforts and accomplishments. Levin Ginsburg encourages attorneys to join bar association groups, business associations, and to attend continuing legal education seminars. Within the firm, we analyze interesting and new developments in the law at regularly scheduled meetings, which sometimes are practice group focused. Regular marketing meetings are held as well.
