Levin Ginsburg attorneys assist insurance companies and agencies with regulatory and compliance issues.  We represent our clients before the Illinois Department of Insurance and other state agencies addressing and resolving formal and informal inquiries and disputes. Levin Ginsburg’s attorneys also advise its clients on establishing, maintaining and, when desired, altering its relationships with other insurance companies, reinsurers, and brokers. Levin Ginsburg also represents clients in the establishment, purchase, and sale of insurance agencies.

Our Insurance team is also experienced in handling complex insurance and reinsurance disputes, including disputes involving coverage or claims. We regularly represent insurers and brokers in all forms of dispute resolution—litigation, arbitration and alternate dispute resolution—as well as provide counsel including coverage analyses, claim monitoring and other assistance.
