Levin Ginsburg’s real estate practice group focuses on all phases of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of properties, and the investment in and financing of real property and debt restructuring.  Levin Ginsburg’s real estate clients include institutional investors, private entrepreneurs, real estate developers, contractors, architects, condominium associations, and not-for-profit corporations.

Levin Ginsburg represents a broad range of owners and investors in buying and selling real estate and real estate-related interests.  Our extensive real estate experience includes the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, multi-family, hotel, mixed-use, and industrial properties throughout the United States.  Our real estate group also has significant experience in structuring joint ventures relating to the acquisition and capitalization of real estate projects.

Levin Ginsburg has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants of both single and multi-tenant properties, including industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout the country.  We have extensive experience in build-to-suit transactions, ground leases, and sale leaseback transactions.

Our real estate group has represented clients in a broad range of construction and development projects on behalf of all parties to the real estate development process, including owners, developers, lenders, contractors, architects, and engineers. Moreover, our experience also includes the negotiation and preparation of design and construction documentation.
