Camila represents clients in a diverse array of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial loan agreements, lease negotiations, and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. Camila has experience with a broad spectrum of property types, including multi-family residences, mixed-use developments, industrial hubs, retail spaces, and office buildings. Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, Camila goes above and beyond to deliver results that exceed expectations. Prior to joining Levin Ginsburg, Camila worked at a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate. During law school, Camila was a member of Loyola’s Vis Moot (Hong Kong) Competition team, where she won second best oralist out of more than 200 participants and was named student of the year for dispute resolution. In her free time, Camila can be found going to concerts, listening to true crime podcasts, or participating in improv classes.
